WealthEdge provides access to static content in digital format. Once access is granted, the service is considered delivered. We do not offer downloadable software or physical goods. Content is reviewed before publishing to ensure relevance.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not issued except in the case of technical failure to deliver access. Users must notify us within 48 hours of payment if access is not granted. All refund decisions are handled manually. We do not process automatic refunds.
3. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request, users must contact us at the provided email. The request must include proof of payment and access issue. We may request clarification to understand the concern. All responses are provided within five business days.
4. Final Terms
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria above. As we do not provide tangible products, refunds are highly limited. By proceeding with any purchase, users acknowledge the access-only nature of our offering. These policies are designed to ensure fairness while maintaining operational clarity.
5. Delivery Confirmation
All users receive confirmation of access via email or on-site screen. If confirmation is not received, it is the user’s responsibility to inform us promptly. Delays caused by incorrect contact details are not subject to refund. We advise double-checking submission accuracy.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Access once granted is considered consumed. We do not provide partial refunds or credits. There are no recurring payments or subscription renewals. All purchases are one-time and non-renewable.
